The Zhanbun unit of money is called the maai. The Zhanbun use it alongside trade of objects. To avoid using dozenals (as in, the dozenal equivalent of decimals) they multiply everything by 1000, in such a way that 1000 maai are comparable to one dollar and 1 maai is comparable to a thousandth of a dollar.
These were calculated using the gold standard: 1000 maai per massel of gold. The following table is in decimal.
